Volunteers

A few things to note:
  • The volunteer deposit is $200 for each family.   Your check will be destroyed at the end of the season if you have completed your volunteer hours.   If you choose not to volunteer or don't complete the 10 required hours you sign up for, your check will be cashed.
  • Each family is required to do 10 hours of volunteering.  Each volunteer opportunity is worth 5 hours so you need to select two.  Selecting one and putting two names only counts as one.
  • Fast and Furious Tournament – 10U plays at Columbus and 12U/14U play at Fenway.   Make sure you are working where your daughter is playing if you choose to volunteer that weekend and want to watch her.
  • State Tournaments – all games are at Fenway.
  • If you are volunteering at a tournament, you are expected to work your shift even if your daughter is playing during that time.
  • Registration for DIBS volunteer reservations will open by noon on April 15th.  Registration closes at noon on May 15th. If have not selected your items by then we will assume you won’t be and will cash your volunteer check.
