Snoball Tourney at Flake Festival
Co-ed Tourney Feb. 25 and 26, 2012
FLAAA is sponsoring an ASA-sanctioned co-ed Snoball Tourney on frozen Forest Lake Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 25 and 26, as part of the City's Flake Festival. Winning teams will get cash prizes.
Each team is guaranteed 3 games over the two days, with games running from 8 am to 5 pm Saturday and 9 am to late afternoon Sunday. All games will be played on the ice just off Lakeside Memorial Park in downtown Forest Lake. Tourney headquarters is Vanelli's by the Lake. See map.
Teams must have at least as many women as men on the field at all times. Boots, tennis shoes and broomball shoes are permitted; no spikes or cleats. ASA requires players to be 16 or older.
