Several Ways To Get Involved

Be a Coach

Each year, we need close to 400 coaches and assistant coaches for all our sports. We prefer people with experience either playing or coaching the sport, but we'll train those without experience.

Be a Manager

To ensure coaches can focus on the game, every team has a manager who works with the coach to coordinate scheduling, and handles communication with parents and players.

Be a Board Member

If you prefer being on the administrative and decision-making end of athletics, consider being on the board of directors of a sport. Most boards include a president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, registrar, equipment director, referree/umpire director, tryout director, webmaster and FLAAA liasion.
